The people who are working in the service are the representatives of the different professions. The most of them are the professional psychologists, psychotherapists and psychiatrists. All of them are passing deep professional selection and the special course of training. The volunteers take part in the seminars, trainings and the professional growth regularly. Once a week the General meeting, the mutual aid groups and supervision groups are taking place. If it is needed such groups could be lead more often. The Telephone of Confidence is organizing lections and meetings for different audiences aiming explanations and popularization of the service activity.
  Two times a year the recruitment and training of the new volunteers is taking place. The training is made during two months in the evening time. For the training of the volunteers from the telephone consulting the workers of the departments of psychiatry of the Lviv Medical University named after D.Galitskiy are occupied, they are the qualified psychiatrists and psychologists. For the time that the З the "Telephone of Confidence 058 "Stavropyghion" is working more then 200 people have passed the training on its basis.
  All the people who are working on the TC, including the Organizational Committee, are working on the voluntary basis (free of charge). 73 volunteers provide the service, as for today, and the Organizational Committee that consists from 5 persons coordinates their work.
  The volunteers are receiving the calls from all the groups of the society, not depending on age, social and family status and the kinds of problems of the person that is calling.
